FAQ's + Contact Info

Thanks for checking out the Circuit BMX web store. This web store represents a small selection of the items we have in stock at our shop in Pawtucket, RI. If you would like to order something that’s not listed on the web store please contact Vic: circuitbmx [at] gmail [dot] com or call the shop at 401-305-3636.

We order parts daily so we're often able to get in a special part that you may need. We'd be happy to accommodate your request if we're able to.

Questions About Your Order

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold to you by Circuit BMX within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return and item, you can either drop it off at the Circuit Store in Pawtucket, RI or ship it back. The shipping will be at your expense. Please be aware Circuit BMX will not refund used goods. Non-returnable items include: frames in which their bottom bracket or headset have been installed, worn clothing, washed clothing, parts you've scratched, parts that you've installed on your bike, custom wheel builds, and tubes.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving them. We ship using UPS. Orders placed in New England will arrive in 1-2 business days. Circuit BMX does not take responsibility for packages that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the package on your behalf. Shipping price will depend on the item's weight and location of delivery.

If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at circuit [dot] orders [at] gmail [dot] com and please save your package, and take a digital photo of the damaged packaging if you're able to.

Warranties

Circuit BMX will be happy to handle your warranties for defective products that CIRCUIT HAS SOLD TO YOU. We will not warranty parts sold to you by other businesses. Please ship back or bring in any defective products. All warranties will be referred back to the manufacturers. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, or accidents are not covered. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. Please make sure you fill out and send in any warranty card or form provided with products because failure to do so could void any warranty. Labor and shipping costs are not covered under any warranty.

Taxes

If you're order is shipped within the state of Rhode Island you'll be changed sales tax. It's not our fault. Blame The Man.
